中国大冢制药有限公司是由中国医药工业公司、中国医药对外贸易
总公司、天津市医药集团有限公司和日本大冢制药株式会社于1981年共
同投资兴建的家中外合资制药企业。
经过全体员工几十年的艰苦创业，中国大冢制药有限公司已逐步发
展成为拥有临床营养、治疗药和OTC产品的综合性药品生产企业。1997
年，公司通过了“药品生产质量管理规范”验收，成为我国通过国
家GMP认证的批企业。1998年，公司创造了向社会提供 1.5 亿瓶大
输液安全使用无事故的记录，在广大医务工作者及患者
